If your vehicle fails its MOT, it means that your car does not meet the required safe and legal requirements and must be brought up to standard in order to comply with VOSA's MOT Test criteria. There will be notes on the back of the MoT report that the technician produced to advise you.

If you think your vehicle has been failed and you do not agree with the decision, you can appeal by using a VT17 form.
