The BM18200 roller brake tester is a fully DVSA ATF-approved brake tester, suitable for use within Authorised Testing Facilities and GEA approved for DVSA testing stations.

The BM18200 incorporates an integrated 16-tonne load simulation system with 255 mm roller lift, allowing axle loading to be carried out directly on the brake tester without the need for separate loading trailers.

Designed for high-throughput commercial vehicle testing, the BM18200 features an exceptionally strong heavy-duty construction capable of handling fully laden vehicles and demanding daily workshop use.

Its galvanised steel frame, robust roller design and high-quality components provide excellent durability, consistent performance and accurate brake force measurements.

A wide range of configuration and roller options allows the BM18200 to be tailored to different vehicle types, workshop layouts and testing requirements, with the flexibility to add further equipment and features in the future.

The BM18200 features BM’s latest integrated load simulation system, removing the need to use loading trailers before presenting vehicles for MOT testing.
